About the role

  • You plan, prepare procurement/tendering, settle accounts, supervise, and document new constructions, conversions, and extensions.
  • You modernize and perform maintenance within the scope of service phases 1–9 according to HOAI §53.
  • You carry out construction works and building maintenance on municipal properties.
  • You act as the client representative and perform project control for construction measures carried out in cooperation with external architectural firms.
  • You organize and oversee recurring inspections in the area of ventilation technology (HVAC).
  • You ensure compliance with statutory operational obligations.

Requirements

  • Degree in Building Services Engineering, Technical Building Equipment (TGA), Energy and Building Technology, or a comparable engineering discipline (Diploma, Bachelor's or Master's degree)
  • Several years of relevant professional experience
  • Independent, results-oriented working style
  • Strong cost awareness
  • Consideration of climate protection goals and sustainability with respect to energy consumption
  • Confident presence, resilience, and professional commitment
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Driver's license class B and willingness to use a private car for business purposes
