About the role

  • Design and implement scalable processes, systems, and frameworks that support sustainable revenue growth
  • Create dashboards, reports, and performance metrics for leadership
  • Lead quarterly and annual planning cycles for revenue forecasting
  • Evaluate, implement, and manage revenue tech stack tools
  • Serve as the connective tissue between Sales, Account Management, and Marketing
  • Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in the revenue process
  • Partner with the COO and revenue leaders on high-priority projects

Requirements

  • 7+ years experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or related strategy/analytics roles
  • Strategic thinker who can balance big-picture planning with day-to-day execution
  • Deep expertise in HubSpot CRM and sales analytics
  • Proven experience with modern sales enablement tools and AI/automation platforms
  • Strong command of sales metrics and methodologies
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and designing solutions
