About the role

Provide solution design and implementation support to clients during initial customer onboarding period
Deliver services for Stacklet customers which could include policy review, assisted policy authoring, training and reactive support
Facilitate conversations with customers to provide the best solutions
Take complex ideas and transcribe them into a clear, concise message to support the customer’s product understanding
Produce technical content reflective of best practices (blog, whitepaper, sample code, etc)
Provide real-world feedback to the product teams about existing and missing features of the product portfolio
Use, contribute, and provide community support to cutting-edge open source technologies

3-5 years of experience delivering complex enterprise software projects
Knowledge of Software Development, ability to read code in each of the following languages: JSON, SQL, YAML, Python
Cloud infrastructure security knowledge in AWS, Azure, or GCP
Demonstrated ability to help customers transform their operational processes to leverage new technologies
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Prior experience using Cloud Custodian (nice to have)
Experience in DevOps Tools and Processes (nice to have)
Full stack development experience (nice to have)
Extensive knowledge of cloud security or FinOps (nice to have)
Comfort with traveling to company wide events, conferences, or on-site customer meetings (nice to have)
Experience in Infrastructure as Code technologies like Terraform or Cloud Formation (nice to have)
Prior startup experience (nice to have)
Open source software contributions (nice to have)
