About the role
- Provide solution design and implementation support to clients during initial customer onboarding period
- Deliver services for Stacklet customers which could include policy review, assisted policy authoring, training and reactive support
- Facilitate conversations with customers to provide the best solutions
- Take complex ideas and transcribe them into a clear, concise message to support the customer’s product understanding
- Produce technical content reflective of best practices (blog, whitepaper, sample code, etc)
- Provide real-world feedback to the product teams about existing and missing features of the product portfolio
- Use, contribute, and provide community support to cutting-edge open source technologies

Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience delivering complex enterprise software projects
- Knowledge of Software Development, ability to read code in each of the following languages: JSON, SQL, YAML, Python
- Cloud infrastructure security knowledge in AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Demonstrated ability to help customers transform their operational processes to leverage new technologies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Prior experience using Cloud Custodian (nice to have)
- Experience in DevOps Tools and Processes (nice to have)
- Full stack development experience (nice to have)
- Extensive knowledge of cloud security or FinOps (nice to have)
- Comfort with traveling to company wide events, conferences, or on-site customer meetings (nice to have)
- Experience in Infrastructure as Code technologies like Terraform or Cloud Formation (nice to have)
- Prior startup experience (nice to have)
- Open source software contributions (nice to have)
