About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsibility for the portfolio and roadmap of German-language learning products (DACH market)
  • Development of skill maps and product positioning for the German-speaking market
  • Management of the development, quality assurance and continuous improvement of learning programs
  • Build, lead and further develop the Learning team in Germany
  • Use AI-supported processes to scale and increase the efficiency of content production
  • Manage external service providers and work closely with the UK Learning teams
  • Close collaboration with Product, Product Marketing, Go-to-Market and Sales, including support for key customer meetings

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Several years of experience in learning product strategy, content operations, or program/production management, ideally in EdTech or a tech environment
  • Proven experience with portfolio and roadmap ownership, including budget and resource planning
  • Strong technical and product affinity and a quick grasp of technical and organizational topics
  • Experience working with senior tech stakeholders (e.g., CTO, CAIO, CDO, VPs), ideally in regulated educational environments
  • Leadership experience in dynamic, fast-growing organizations and experience managing external partners
  • Confident use of data, KPIs and AI/automation tools to manage content and production processes
  • Very strong communication and stakeholder management skills, high resilience and enjoyment of cross-functional collaboration
