Key responsibilities & impact
  • Overall responsibility for our Compliance Management System
  • Line and disciplinary management of the Compliance team
  • Management of all provider and measure approvals as well as audits
  • Coordination of data protection management (GDPR) and AI governance framework
  • Advising departments on audit-proof, efficient processes
  • Representing the company to auditors, authorities, and associations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven experience in compliance or quality management at an AZAV-certified training provider or a competent authority
  • Solid knowledge of AZAV, audit management, and GDPR
  • Experience leading teams or complex projects
  • Strong product and business mindset
  • Interest in AI governance and AI regulation (EU AI Act)
  • Excellent German (C2) and very good English (C1) language skills
  • University degree or comparable qualification; additional QM certification is an advantage
