About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Planning, topic ideation and creation of organic LinkedIn content for B2B audiences; preparing briefings for paid formats in coordination with our Growth team
  • Conceptualizing, operationally executing and providing content support for B2B events (storyline, presentations, invitation & follow-up communications, stakeholder coordination)
  • Content preparation and moderation support for webinars and thought‑leadership formats (agendas, scripts, mailings, follow‑up)
  • Concept and content development for B2B events
  • Creation and coordination of marketing assets (scripts, briefings, etc.) for motion and graphic design and support of production through to deployment
  • Support for launch communications and sales enablement (e.g., adapting product messages) as well as coordinating PR contributions
  • Performance analysis and reporting (LinkedIn metrics, event KPIs, leads), maintenance of templates/guidelines, trend research and process optimization.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Several years of professional marketing experience in the DACH market, ideally in the education, tech or SaaS sector; demonstrable experience with B2B events
  • Proficiency in social media marketing with a focus on LinkedIn (editorial planning, content formats)
  • Excellent German (C2) spoken and written for social posts, event communications, landing pages and mailings; good English (C1) for tools and occasional exchanges
  • Experience producing briefings and assets for design teams and collaborating with Growth/Performance teams
  • Confident user of Google Workspace/MS Office; experience with CRM/newsletter tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp) and social publishing tools is a plus; basic knowledge of webinar software
  • Structured, hands‑on work style with very strong organizational and communication skills; team‑oriented and resilient during peak periods
  • Willingness to travel within the DACH region and flexibility for evening/weekend duties; openness to AI‑assisted tools and interest in PR/communications as well as product marketing.
