About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and motivate your coaching team with a focus on development, feedback and performance
Plan and implement instructional support for existing and new trainings; onboard new coaches
Ensure quality through KPI analysis, regular feedback and documentation of all process workflows
Identify and implement automation opportunities (e.g., HubSpot Workflows, Skedulo) in coaching and support processes
Contribute strategically to projects (e.g., optimizing feedback systems, process improvements)
Collaborate cross-functionally with Training, Delivery, Learning, Customer Success and Client Operations to ensure smooth operations
Stay close to operational work through documentation and workflow optimization, while your main responsibilities remain strategic management, team leadership and quality assurance.

Requirements

What you’ll need

1–2 years proven experience in disciplinary or functional leadership of a team (minimum 3 people)
Didactic experience in teaching complex subject matter (e.g., trainer, coach, instructor)
Completed degree or equivalent qualification, preferably with a quantitative/analytical focus
Strong skills in process automation and experience with HubSpot, Metabase, Asana or similar tools
Basic understanding of and practical experience with Generative AI (GenAI)
Ability to communicate clearly, empathetically and constructively; conflict-handling skills and a feedback-oriented approach
Structured, solution-oriented working style with high standards for quality and reliability
Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
