About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Strategic development and activation of community and trust mechanisms
Unlock additional revenue streams through referral and ambassador programs
Develop a high-performing influencer setup with a positive ROI outlook
Build the StackFuel community and systematically collect testimonials and alumni stories
Work closely with Growth, Brand & Content, Sales, Customer Success, and Product & UX

Requirements

What you’ll need

Several years of experience in community building, influencer or ambassador management, ideally in a B2C environment
Experience building and activating social-proof mechanisms (testimonials, user stories, trust elements)
Understanding of conversion funnel logic and performance KPIs; experience with referral programs preferred
Confident use of social media platforms and influencer tools; basic understanding of tracking, attribution, and performance measurement
Ability to define KPIs, analyze them, and derive data-driven optimizations; experience with reporting and analytics tools is a plus
Strong communication and networking skills, high empathy, and a structured, independent, proactive working style
Ownership and hands-on mentality; affinity for education and digital growth
Very good German (C2) and very good English (at least C1)
