About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for own revenue and actively meeting targets
  • Acquire new partners and develop creative approaches to partner acquisition
  • Strategically expand existing partnerships
  • Develop and implement sales strategies together with management
  • Work closely with Marketing, Product and Operations to achieve goals
  • Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities
  • Independently manage projects and participate in trade shows and events

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in sales, preferably in partner or B2C environments
  • Strong sales skills and proven ability to close deals
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on mentality
  • Excellent communication and networking skills
  • Analytical mindset and data-driven approach
  • Experience with CRM systems and common tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • High willingness to learn and strong self-motivation
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
