About the role
- Responsible for own revenue and actively meeting targets
- Acquire new partners and develop creative approaches to partner acquisition
- Strategically expand existing partnerships
- Develop and implement sales strategies together with management
- Work closely with Marketing, Product and Operations to achieve goals
- Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities
- Independently manage projects and participate in trade shows and events
Requirements
- Experience in sales, preferably in partner or B2C environments
- Strong sales skills and proven ability to close deals
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on mentality
- Excellent communication and networking skills
- Analytical mindset and data-driven approach
- Experience with CRM systems and common tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- High willingness to learn and strong self-motivation
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
