About the role

  • Responsible for the monthly close of all Nordics Group companies.
  • Responsible for quarterly and annual financial consolidation utilizing Tagetik.
  • Take responsibility for the annual financial statements (local and consolidated) and coordinate the annual audit at both the local and consolidated Nordics group levels.
  • Handle intercompany transactions, including interest and service charges.
  • Assist the wider finance team with ad hoc projects and tasks as needed to support business operations.

Requirements

  • Relevant degree in finance, economics, or accounting.
  • A professional qualification (e.g., CPA/ACCA) is a strong plus.
  • 3–5 years of experience, either from a Big 4 audit firm (ideally with exposure to large corporate clients) OR from an accounting/controlling role within a complex, multi-entity environment.
  • Strong understanding of Nordic GAAP/IFRS, financial consolidation, and complex intercompany processes.
  • Comfortable working with modern ERP and reporting systems, ideally with direct experience in NetSuite and Tagetik.
  • Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to independently manage deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills and fluency in English (Nordic language skills beneficial but not required).
