About the role

  • Support the execution and delivery of monthly financial and management reporting utilizing Tagetik.
  • Conduct detailed analysis of Budget vs. Actuals, identifying key business drivers and providing actionable insights to the management team.
  • Support proactive cash planning, cash flow forecasting, and operational banking activities.
  • Assist in the tracking, calculation, and reporting of quarterly banking covenants.
  • Partner closely with finance leadership on ad hoc financial modeling, data analysis, and strategic projects to support regional business operations.

Requirements

  • Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related quantitative field.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or controlling, ideally within a multi-national or capital-intensive environment.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, variance analysis, and cash flow forecasting.
  • Advanced Excel skills are mandatory.
  • Highly analytical, exceptionally detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple reporting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English is required; Nordic language skills are beneficial but not required.
