About the role
- Full ownership of our field marketing strategy
- Lead the planning and execution of field marketing activities for our enterprise SaaS product, Stack Internal. This includes:
- White glove experiences, such as executive leadership retreats, round table dinners, and networking mixers
- Sponsored events and tradeshows
- Virtual webinars, roundtables, and AMAs
- Manage the operational and logistical aspects of events including project plans, budget management, data analysis, and vendor management
- Act as a strategic business partner and trusted subject matter expert for stakeholders in Sales
- Lead cross-functional working teams with stakeholders in Sales and Marketing to execute on event plans
Requirements
- 8+ years of B2B marketing experience
- 5+ years of field marketing experience selling tech into enterprise organizations
- Deep experience in executive-level engagement
- Experience establishing an annual event strategy that ties directly to business objectives
- Strong analytical capabilities with experience reporting pipeline contribution, ROI, and performance insights
- Proven experience in project management and leading cross-functional working teams
- Strong interpersonal skills as well as written and oral communication skills.
- Ability and willingness to travel across the U.S., and occasionally Europe, for event coordination and support
