About the role
- Take ownership of products and entire ranges – from concept through phase-out
- Develop new products and actively contribute to relaunches and assortment maintenance measures
- Analyze market movements, target groups, and trends
- Evaluate sales and revenue developments
- Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
- Independently prepare presentations, briefings, and project meetings

Requirements
- Professional experience in product management, ideally with complex projects
- Experience developing and implementing product visions, product strategies, and roadmaps
- Strong analytical skills and a good sense for trends
- Resilience under pressure and decisive in dynamic environments
- Ability to operate with uncertainty and incomplete information
- Strong business affinity (business models, P&L, pricing, go-to-market)
- Confident presence and presentation skills
- Hands-on mentality combined with strategic thinking
