About the role
- Take responsibility for all HR activities at the Weißenburg production site
- Further develop core People & Culture processes
- Lead and manage the employee life cycle end-to-end
- Report directly to the Director People & Culture
Requirements
- Degree in a business-related field or equivalent
- Several years of proven People & Culture/HR expertise in responsible roles within an industrial environment
- Confident knowledge of employment, collective bargaining, tax, and social security law
- Proficient with MS Office and digital tools
- Fluent in German and English, with confident communication skills
