About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage and grow revenue from existing major accounts (regular reviews, on-site visits, implementation and monitoring of action plans).
  • Initiate and monitor product listings with retailers and purchasing groups in the Industrial, Automotive, and Hardware/Construction segments.
  • Analyze clients’ offers (catalogs, websites) to identify listing and implementation opportunities.
  • Propose impactful commercial actions based on account-by-account sales analysis.
  • Identify new potential major accounts (OEM integrators).
  • Coordinate commercial activities in collaboration with the France Sales Manager, the IKAM, and sales teams.
  • Contribute to the development and negotiation of distributor contracts with the Head of Sales.
  • Implement growth strategies in line with the company’s commercial policy.
  • Set up promotional activities with national distributors.
  • Foster effective client relationships and ensure their commitment to agreed action plans.
  • Propose products/solutions tailored to client needs and train distributors to maximize their potential.
  • Collaborate with support functions (Order Management/ADV, marketing, logistics, quality, etc.) to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Ensure consistency and quality of product information (PIM), and structure clear, relevant commercial offers.
  • Prepare sales forecasts via SIOP to anticipate stock requirements.
  • Use the CRM daily (opportunity tracking, reporting, revenue forecasting) to manage Key Accounts activity.
  • Analyze CRM data to identify growth levers and feed commercial action plans.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Higher education in business or a technical field with at least 5 years of professional experience in a similar role.
  • Good understanding of PIM tools to structure product and client data and offers.
  • Significant experience managing and developing national Key Accounts in a B2B environment.
  • Experience in the industrial, professional distribution, automotive, or hardware/construction sectors is a plus.
  • Strong skills in sales and negotiation, business development, and distributor network management.
  • Project follow-up capability, organization, autonomy, interpersonal ease, dynamism; professional proficiency in English is essential.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and commercial performance indicators.
  • Strong IT skills.
  • Advanced Excel skills (sales analysis, dashboard creation).
  • Ability to prepare and present concise analyses using PowerPoint for Key Accounts.
  • Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and lead complex negotiations.
  • Willingness to travel across France and Europe.
