Drive global manufacturing engineering processes strategy for the FCS Division in alignment with global industrial directions established by the Supply Chain Officer
Assess the current Manufacturing Engineering (ME) landscape across production units
Establish site strategies for investments (Capex), resources, productivity, and New Product Introductions (NPIs)
Ensure connection among FCS industrialization teams at the global level
Lead and coordinate global topics related to Manufacturing Engineering
Document and audit process management procedures
Collaborate with global R&D to align process and product roadmaps
Conduct technological watch and propose technological improvements in manufacturing
Align internal and supplier technologies with defined objectives
Contribute to continuous improvement
Mobility: frequent international travel (up to 50%)
Requirements
Master’s degree in mechanical engineering science (a different level of education with significant experience will be considered)
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Manufacturing Engineering within an international and industrial company (role dedicated to implement a globalized strategy)
Ideally experience in a mechanical production environment
Fluent in French, German or Chinese a plus
Skills: Global Supply Chain, Project management, Globalization and change management, ME group strategy, Lean manufacturing, various manufacturing and assembly processes
