About the role

  • Develop new customers and promote company product applications
  • Achieve sales revenue for assigned territory
  • Perform SWOT analysis for own territory market and collect competitive information
  • Identify new target customers and sales opportunities
  • Plan and organize sales activities like demos and seminars
  • Meet Sales Objectives & Budget of the company
  • Co-operate with Finance department to improve performance of receivables
  • Involve in forecasting and preparation of implementation plans
  • Participate in product exhibitions to promote products and generate leads
  • Keep up to date with market developments and new projects

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of relevant work experience
  • B.E./B.Tech. in Mechanical/Automobile/Industrial/Mechatronics Stream
  • Good knowledge of connectors/Valves/Pumps/Compressor/Plastic/Automation industry (products, standards, competition)
  • Ability to manage long sales cycles including technical and sales processes
  • Adapt in Application & Solution selling to OEMs across Automotive, Plastic, Defence, Pharma, and Industrial Automation market segments
  • Strong customer focus & stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent planning and organizing skills
  • Result, action-oriented & ability to operate independently
  • High in Integrity, Resilience and ability to cope with rejection.
