About the role
- Further develop Stäubli’s leading market position with efficient sales activities on assigned accounts and markets.
- Responsible for developing the sales pipeline in selected focus markets and your territory.
- Create new accounts and achieve market leadership.
- Build and maintain close relationships with existing key accounts.
- Support campaigns and proactive identification of sales-marketing opportunities.
- Understand customer’s applications and requirements.
- Negotiate general contracts and other customer agreements.
- Follow-up on open Quotes and close the opportunities with your accounts.
Requirements
- BSEE or BSME required
- Minimum 5 years of successful field sales or business development experience
- 5+ years in electrical machine integration, with industrial connectors a plus
- Proven track record in selling electrical components to OEMs and Integrators for electrification and automation
- Industry experience with high-end electrical connectors a plus
- Good command of Office365 and CRM systems
- Familiarity with engineering tools, e.g. AutoCAD, a plus
- Affinity for automation and digital solutions
