About the role
- Social media strategy: You strategically grow TikTok, YouTube and Instagram, test new formats and optimize for performance.
- Growth & analytics: You analyze content obsessively, spot patterns, deliberately steer views and follower growth, and scale what proves repeatable.
- Creator relations: You scout creators and barbers with a genuine fit and manage our content agency.
- Community management: You understand male humor. Your replies are quick and turn casual scrollers into loyal fans.
Requirements
- Degree or vocational training in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in social media growth with demonstrable results.
- Content DNA: You know which formats perform, how algorithms work and which trends matter.
- Ownership & speed: You work independently, are structured and drive projects forward without micro-management.
- Growth mindset: You want to test, optimize and scale together.
