About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead high-volume recruitment processes for operational positions in retail;
- Align job profiles with hiring managers;
- Post job openings on platforms such as Gupy and InfoJobs;
- Screen resumes and conduct online, individual, and mass in-person interviews;
- Coordinate recruitment processes across different regions and units;
- Manage candidate progress through to the pre-employment/admission stage;
- Monitor recruitment metrics and SLAs for open positions.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields;
- Experience with high-volume recruitment and selection in the retail sector;
- Experience recruiting for operational roles and conducting mass in-person interviews;
- Familiarity with recruitment platforms, especially Gupy and InfoJobs;
- Intermediate MS Office skills;
- Agile, organized profile with strong communication skills.
