About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support in production and pre-production of brand events for St. Marche and Empório Santa Maria;
- Manage RSVPs for St. Marche and Empório Santa Maria events;
- Support in press relations activities and in sending seeding kits to influencers and journalists;
- Liaise with St. Marche store teams, handling requests for various in-store materials;
- Support administrative activities such as invoice processing, sourcing new suppliers, and requesting quotes;
- Support in-store marketing activities;
- Assist with routines across other marketing areas such as CRM, customer service, and e-commerce in the execution of campaigns and general activities.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, Business Administration, Public Relations, or related fields;
- Dynamic, proactive, and eager to learn;
- Good verbal and written communication skills;
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team;
- Organized with a sense of urgency to manage multiple tasks;
- Comfortable negotiating and communicating with suppliers.
