About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Coordinate operational and administrative tasks, including WQs and cash management
Act as liaison between providers, practice employees, and Access Center POD team members
Provide onsite oversight of processes, workflow execution, employee collaboration, and patient experience
Identify improvement opportunities and support continuous improvement across quality, patient satisfaction, and patient access
Ensure operational readiness for clinical and clerical operations, including schedules, supplies, equipment, cleanliness, daily huddles, and time management systems
Escalate and facilitate resolution of operational, technological, patient, and appropriate personnel issues
Support new-hire orientation, onboarding, training, coaching, and performance feedback
Provide input into annual employee performance evaluations
Educate staff and providers regarding operational, technology, procedural, and policy changes
Perform functional duties of other practice roles within scope of qualifications as assigned
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of two or more years of health care experience required
Experience in a medical practice operations role preferred
Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
Focused on compliance

Ability to communicate to patients concisely and clearly
Ability to listen, express compassion and empathy, and communicate with a patient centric mindset
Ability to stand and walk six hours per day, sit up to two hours at a time, type and perform data entry, frequently use hands, occasionally lift up to 20 pounds, and frequently stoop, bend, and reach above shoulder level
