About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Coordinate operational and administrative tasks, including WQs and cash management
Liaise between providers, practice employees, and Access Center POD team members
Provide onsite oversight of processes, workflow execution, employee collaboration, and patient experience
Identify improvement opportunities and support continuous improvement across quality, patient satisfaction, and patient access
Ensure operational readiness for clinical and clerical operations, including schedules, inventory, equipment, cleanliness, huddles, and time-management systems
Escalate and facilitate resolution of operational, technological, patient, and appropriate personnel issues
Support new-hire orientation and onboarding
Provide ongoing training, coaching, and timely performance feedback
Provide input into annual employee performance evaluations
Educate staff and providers about operational, technology, procedural, and policy changes
Perform functional duties of other practice roles within scope of qualifications
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of two or more years of health care experience required
Experience in a medical practice operations role preferred
Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
Focused on compliance

Ability to communicate to patients concisely and clearly
Ability to listen, express compassion and empathy, and communicate with a patient centric mindset
Standing and walking six hours per day, up to two hours sitting at a time
