About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Formulates collaborative and individualized plan of care and identifies expected patient outcomes, using the nursing process
- Monitors and assesses the clinical status of patient, provides accurate documentation
- Demonstrates competency in the administration and knowledge of medications, and blood products
- Monitors hemodynamic status of patients and responds appropriately
- Functions as a professional role model and resource person providing guidance to co-workers
- Complies with Network and departmental policies regarding attendance and dress code
Requirements
What you’ll need- One year medical/surgical experience required.
- Critical Care or Emergency department experience preferred.
- Evidence of successful completion of BLS and ACLS.
- Registered Nurse with current license to practice in the State of Pennsylvania or New Jersey (Warren Campus).
