About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Formulates collaborative and individualized plan of care and identifies expected patient outcomes, using the nursing process
  • Monitors and assesses the clinical status of patient, provides accurate documentation
  • Demonstrates competency in the administration and knowledge of medications, and blood products
  • Monitors hemodynamic status of patients and responds appropriately
  • Functions as a professional role model and resource person providing guidance to co-workers
  • Complies with Network and departmental policies regarding attendance and dress code

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • One year medical/surgical experience required.
  • Critical Care or Emergency department experience preferred.
  • Evidence of successful completion of BLS and ACLS.
  • Registered Nurse with current license to practice in the State of Pennsylvania or New Jersey (Warren Campus).
