About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist in the delivery of health care management for the practice
- Participate in maintaining quality improvement initiatives
- Manage scheduling of appointments and tracking of referrals
- Prepare patients for examination and provide other patient care services as needed
- Communicate and coordinate with providers regarding patient care
Requirements
What you’ll need- HS diploma or equivalent required
- Graduate of accredited Medical Assistant program preferred
- Two years experience in a similar healthcare setting preferred
- Customer service experience preferred
- BLS/CPR: current or within 60 days of hire
