About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Instruction and supervision of residents in their daily activities
Provide on-site coverage and assist in performing routine resident-care duties
Work closely with an assigned group of residents, providing support around the assessment of needs
Teach independent living skills such as cooking, menu planning, and money management
Coach and supervise residents in completing daily activities
Ensure resident needs for services are met by coordinating and arranging for services such as psychotherapy and medical care
Provide recovery-oriented counseling and support for medication management
Collaborate and communicate with other treatment and rehabilitation services
Document resident activity/progress and communicate concerns to supervisory staff

Requirements

What you’ll need

Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in the human services field preferred
A Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license and maintenance of good driving record in accordance with St. Luke’s Policy
