About the role
- Evaluates and treats patients
- Documents patient evaluation, patient cares plans, and treatment progress on Medical Records, completes Medicare recertification’s and discharge planning.
- Supervises PT and PTA students and observers as assigned.
- Assists in developing and implementing department programs.
Requirements
- Doctorate, Master's, or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited physical therapy program.
- Successful completion of required license to practice in the State of Pennsylvania and/or New Jersey.
- Current Basic Life Support certification.
