About the role
- Professional care of patients before, during and after surgical procedures
- Assistance with induction, maintenance and monitoring of vital functions
- Preparation, operation and maintenance of medical devices in the operating room
- Ensuring sterility and hygiene in the operating theatre
- Documentation of nursing measures and surgical procedures
- Interdisciplinary collaboration with surgeons and the OR team
Requirements
- You are a certified Surgical Operating Technician / Operating Room Assistant (OTA) (m/f/d)
- Ideally you have professional experience in the operating room
- You have a strong sense of responsibility, teamwork skills and a high degree of empathy
- You are willing to work shifts and have flexible working hours
- You are enthusiastic about actively shaping the working day in a collegial environment
- You are willing to contribute actively to new developments, are team-oriented and enjoy interdisciplinary collaboration
