About the role
- Plan, execute, monitor and control the various Technical aspect of the Project.
- Manage or participate in new setup or upgrade of system/network infrastructure projects.
- Responsible for designing and solutioning end-to-end requirements
- Responsible for a team of junior engineers with regards to project taskings and building up of skillsets
- Produce project documentation and reports
- Diagnose and rectify technical issues
Requirements
- Experienced with Windows server OS, Unix/Linux OS in virtual environments
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Virtualisation and Hypervisors, Nutanix platform preferred
- NCP/NCM certification will be an added advantage
- Strong knowledge in VPN, firewalls and other security appliances
- Strong knowledge in network switches/routers
- Strong knowledge in Container technology and various platforms
- Deep understanding of various IT functionalities that make up a complete IT System Infrastructure
- Excellent written and verbal communication to convey technical ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences and contribute within a team environment
- Pro-active, dynamic and with good analytical/conceptual thinking
- Able to work independently as well as in a team and good interpersonal skills.
