About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work with the internal team, partners and suppliers to resolve issues and support our customers.
- Support investigations for any issues related to MRAS repairs.
- Assist with Ground Support equipment development and product maintenance planning services which may include work away from station MRO work.
- Assist the internal team to maintain project cost & schedule requirements.
- Support the business as needed and as issues arise during inhouse or work away from station MRO work.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor or Associate Degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering, from an accredited college or university, or A/P License, or equivalent Aviation MRO or Aviation Manufacturing work experience is required.
- 2+ years of Aerospace industry experience is required.
- This position involves access to export-controlled technology which requires U.S. Person status or government authorization.
- 3+ years of experience in aviation related engineering (FAR 43 / FAR 145) and/or technical customer support experience is preferred.
- Aviation MRO Experience is preferred.
- Ability to guide and influence others.
- In-depth understanding of nacelle hardware and engineering technology and tools.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a cross-functional global matrix environment.
- Strong problem solving, negotiating, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team within a dynamic environment.
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and achieve milestones and deliverables.
