About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Act as owner and POC for issue resolution for all Quality Assurance aspects of the program
Support customer meetings and follow-up actions
Coordinate cross functional team reviews of rejections and issues
Facilitate root cause analysis and action plan closure
Prepare and submit concession packages
Facilitate return processing and coordination of rework/repair efforts
Identify and facilitate management system improvements
Be responsive to customer inquiries
Eliminate process variation and product defects
Capture and analyze data to find trends
Effectively prepare communications and presentations to personnel
Participate/lead continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Manufacturing)
Minimum of 1 year of experience in Manufacturing Quality
Ability to travel domestically and internationally (approximately 5-10% of time)
U.S. Person status required for access to export-controlled technology
