About the role
- Responsible for the management of physician and advanced practice provider location(s).
- Employee supervision, meeting organizational goals and objectives relating to operating budget and revenue cycle management.
- Work in conjunction with HR to interview candidates for openings.
- Proactively address performance concerns and document immediately, thoroughly, and accurately.
- Ensure that new employees are properly oriented and aware of performance expectations.
- Analyze staffing levels and schedule employees and providers to maximize efficiency and productivity.
- Evaluate employee performances and provide feedback in a timely manner.
- Conduct monthly meetings with office providers to review practice performance goals and objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required – OR – A minimum of 8 years of relevant professional experience in lieu of a degree.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare for external candidates.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare OR 1 year specifically within St. Elizabeth Physicians for internal candidates.
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience, including direct responsibility for managing individual or team performance (external candidates).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in leadership or coaching roles (internal candidates).
