About the role

  • Provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for all aspects of the organization's Magnet or Pathway to Excellence Programs.
  • Develops, implements, and sustains strategies to achieve and maintain Magnet or Pathway to Excellence designation.
  • Plans and directs program activities, establishes a comprehensive evaluation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is required.
  • Master’s degree in Nursing is preferred.
  • 5 years of nursing or related healthcare experience is required.
  • Leadership or project management experience is preferred.
  • Experience with hospital operations and clinical care delivery is preferred.
  • Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) is required.
  • RNs may practice with a valid multi-state RN license as outlined in the Nurse Licensure Compact rules.
