  • Driving sales growth and expanding market share within the prosthetics segment across the territory
  • Developing and executing effective sales strategies
  • Identifying growth opportunities and ensuring strong market penetration
  • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with key stakeholders
  • Providing product demonstrations, training, and clinical support to healthcare professionals
  • Managing the territory to maximize customer engagement
  • Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and sales performance
  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities
  • Collaborating closely with marketing and product teams

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven track record in medical device sales, preferably within prosthetics, orthopaedics, or rehabilitation
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, customer needs, and market dynamics
  • Affinity with prosthetic solutions and their clinical applications is a strong advantage
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently within a defined territory
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the Benelux region
  • Fluency in English is required; Dutch and/or French are strong advantages
  • Valid driving license
