About the role
- You implement the sales targets and projects in your region and take responsibility for the agreed objectives.
- Your responsibilities include advising physicians and medical institutions, as well as networking with your colleagues in specialist retail.
- You will further expand our long-standing market presence and act as a reliable partner for our customers.
- You identify market impulses and signals at an early stage and convert them into growth opportunities and new partnerships.
Requirements
- Ideally, you already have experience in sales of medical aids or medical technology.
- Strong communication skills: You are articulate, listen actively, and understand the needs of our users and customers.
- Team player: You promote collaboration and value others’ opinions and ideas.
- Results orientation: You keep the big picture in mind and pursue your goals with energy and sustainability.
- Customer focus: The needs and expectations of our users and customers are central to your daily sales activities.
- Enthusiasm for innovation: You think outside the box, challenge your own assumptions, and foster a creative environment. In addition, you actively drive digitalization forward.
