About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Perform complex financial analysis and reporting at a senior level
Perform statistical, cost, and financial analysis of data from internal sources
Prepare reports on health care costs, provider contracts, debt capacity, revenue, and profitability
Assist with budget preparation and financial planning processes
Review budgets for compliance and identify cost-saving opportunities
Consult with senior management and executive leadership to provide decision support for initiatives, policies, and procedures
Perform special projects, including research, forecasting, and exploring viable alternatives
Perform other assigned duties

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of experience and education
Five years' experience
Expertise in Medicare and Medicaid hospital reimbursement
Experience in hospital finance and financial analysis
No professional license or certification required
