About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Perform complex financial analysis and reporting at a senior level
  • Perform statistical, cost, and financial analysis of data from internal sources
  • Prepare reports on health care costs, provider contracts, debt capacity, revenue, and profitability
  • Assist with budget preparation and financial planning processes
  • Review budgets for compliance and identify cost-saving opportunities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of experience and education
  • Five years' experience
  • Expertise in Medicare and Medicaid hospital reimbursement
  • Experience in hospital finance and financial analysis
  • No professional license or certification required
