About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Configures, supports and maintains Epic Training applications to meet the needs of the organization.
  • Builds in and understands the Electronic Health Record (EHR) (Epic) to develop training curriculum, resources, and facilitate training delivery.
  • Analyzes new workflows, application dependencies, and user competencies through collaboration with operational end-users, subject matter experts (SME), and application analysts.
  • Designs and maintains Epic training environment build, scenarios, and role-based training materials.
  • Analyzes training data, reviews training feedback, and assessment data to determine curriculum modifications that ensure training success.
  • Contributes to the planning, design, development, build, and maintenance of the training environments.
  • Supports small teams or projects as needed with manageable risk, resource requirements, and complexity.
  • Serves as an IT liaison for Epic functionality training and support.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent years of experience and education
  • Three years' experience
  • Epic certification or accreditation in one or more modules
