About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provides first line support for all applications and systems within the organization
  • Provides primary support of Electronic Health Record (EHR) or MS Office, human capital management (HCM), Network, Hardware, and remote access
  • Resolves issues for applications and/or hardware
  • Assists with root cause analysis and makes recommendations to eliminate routine issues
  • Provides informal training to team members
  • Answers call center calls and utilizes the tools available to capture the information needed for further training and resolution.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Associate's degree or IT Certificate in computer science or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Two years' experience
  • Frequent lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 0-25 lbs.
  • Ability to hear alarms, malfunctioning machinery, etc.
  • Occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, squatting, twisting and gripping.
