About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversees the operations and strategies of multiple senior living communities across the system, including financial performance, quality improvement, customer satisfaction, employee recruitment and retention, growth, and development of new business lines.
- Provides strategic and business planning support for supervisors and managers within a service area.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree
- Five years’ experience, with three years’ leadership
