About the role
- Facilitates and delivers technical training; assessment, preparation, delivery and evaluation to meet the technical training needs of the organization.
- Configures, supports and maintains Epic Training applications to meet the needs of the organization.
- Builds in and understands the Electronic Health Record (EHR) (Epic) in order to competently develop training curriculum, resources, and facilitate training delivery.
- Analyzes training data, reviews training feedback, and assessment data to determine curriculum modifications that ensure training success.
- Solves complex problems based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent years of experience and education
- Three years' experience
- Epic certification or accreditation in one or more modules
- Knowledgeable of system standard workflows.
- Familiarity with training platforms and authoring tools (LMS, SharePoint, MS Teams, Articulate, Camtasia, Captivate, etc.).
