About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Optimize and enhance existing customer software systems and processes
Resolve incidents affecting customer software systems in accordance with ITIL processes
Design, estimate, develop, and implement new software features, along with ongoing technical documentation
Provide technical leadership for software change requests, including organization, development, and implementation
Pursue continuous, independent professional development in the relevant field
Independently deliver training sessions for internal and external stakeholders
Serve as a point of contact for selected customers
Organize and conduct customer workshops

Requirements

What you’ll need

Knowledge of software development and the C/C++ programming language
Several years of relevant professional experience
Good knowledge of Unix
Completed higher education or vocational training in IT or engineering is an advantage
Understanding of relational databases, particularly Oracle
Good command of English
Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for customer interaction
Willingness to travel internationally (approximately 20% of annual working time)
Team spirit, a strong sense of responsibility, and excellent communication skills
