About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide onsite technical support for automated material handling systems
  • Troubleshoot, maintain, and support PLC-controlled automation equipment
  • Work closely with customers, software developers, and cross-functional teams to maximize system uptime and performance
  • Monitor system performance, analyze reports, and identify improvement opportunities
  • Maintain accurate documentation and provide technical guidance to internal teams and customers

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent
  • Experience supporting PLCs, Siemens S7 PLCs, or .NET-based automation systems
  • Knowledge of industrial automation equipment, including conveyors, automated cranes, packaging systems, and drive technologies
  • Familiarity with industrial communication networks such as Ethernet, AS-i, and PROFIBUS
  • Experience with AutoCAD or EPLAN is preferred
