About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide onsite technical support for automated material handling systems
- Troubleshoot, maintain, and support PLC-controlled automation equipment
- Work closely with customers, software developers, and cross-functional teams to maximize system uptime and performance
- Monitor system performance, analyze reports, and identify improvement opportunities
- Maintain accurate documentation and provide technical guidance to internal teams and customers
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent
- Experience supporting PLCs, Siemens S7 PLCs, or .NET-based automation systems
- Knowledge of industrial automation equipment, including conveyors, automated cranes, packaging systems, and drive technologies
- Familiarity with industrial communication networks such as Ethernet, AS-i, and PROFIBUS
- Experience with AutoCAD or EPLAN is preferred
