About the role
- Support of an existing ERP customer base
- Handling support cases in the 1st and 2nd level helpdesk
- Reviewing and processing system functions and customer requirements
- Version and test management
- Creation of documentation
Requirements
- Vocational training as an IT systems clerk (IT-Systemkaufmann), IT specialist (Fachinformatiker), or industrial/business clerk (Industriekaufmann)
- Good knowledge of ERP environments
- Knowledge of the packaging industry and/or SQL Server is an advantage
- IT affinity and technical understanding
- Teamwork and strong communication skills
