About the role
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives
- Lead the Architecture and DevOps team in designing, implementing, and maintaining a scalable, secure, and efficient technology infrastructure
- Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous learning
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI and Machine Learning (ML) into our DevOps and delivery processes
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation plans
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team
- Identify, assess, and mitigate technical risks
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure
- 5+ years in IT leadership roles
- Hands-on expertise with major public cloud platforms — AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Microsoft Azure
- Proven track record designing, implementing, and scaling CI/CD pipelines in production environments
- Proficiency with observability and monitoring tools such as Prometheus and Grafana
- Familiarity with modern data technologies, including Postgres and Kafka
