Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives
Lead the Architecture and DevOps team in designing, implementing, and maintaining a scalable, secure, and efficient technology infrastructure
Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous learning
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI and Machine Learning (ML) into our DevOps and delivery processes
Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation plans

Requirements

10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure
5+ years in IT leadership roles
Hands-on expertise with major public cloud platforms — AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Microsoft Azure
Proven track record designing, implementing, and scaling CI/CD pipelines in production environments
Proficiency with observability and monitoring tools such as Prometheus and Grafana
Familiarity with modern data technologies, including Postgres and Kafka
