About the role

  • Provide operational and service support to the Channel team, including ownership and coordination of partner-related service issues
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and support data feeds, reporting, and operational workflows tied to channel relationships
  • Partner with Channel Sales to support deal execution, onboarding activities, and ongoing partner needs
  • Coordinate with Client Service, Operations, Product, and Technology teams to drive timely issue resolution
  • Track and analyze channel activity, service trends, and operational metrics
  • Maintain and update internal documentation related to processes, data flows, and partner-specific requirements
  • Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and scalability
  • Support ad hoc projects and initiatives across the Channel organization as needed

Requirements

  • Strong service orientation with experience in a client-facing or internal support role
  • Comfortable working with data, systems, and operational processes
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with Sales and cross-functional partners
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
  • Clear and concise communicator, both written and verbal
