About the role
- Provide operational and service support to the Channel team, including ownership and coordination of partner-related service issues
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and support data feeds, reporting, and operational workflows tied to channel relationships
- Partner with Channel Sales to support deal execution, onboarding activities, and ongoing partner needs
- Coordinate with Client Service, Operations, Product, and Technology teams to drive timely issue resolution
- Track and analyze channel activity, service trends, and operational metrics
- Maintain and update internal documentation related to processes, data flows, and partner-specific requirements
- Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and scalability
- Support ad hoc projects and initiatives across the Channel organization as needed
Requirements
- Strong service orientation with experience in a client-facing or internal support role
- Comfortable working with data, systems, and operational processes
- Ability to collaborate effectively with Sales and cross-functional partners
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Clear and concise communicator, both written and verbal
