- Point of contact for clients/investors to ensure overall client/investor satisfaction
- Acting as escalation point and problem solver for the team
- Contributing to internal project initiatives

- Strong experience in client relationship management
- In-depth knowledge of retail alternatives and transfer agency products
- Excellent problem-solving and escalation management skills
