About the role
- Act as a technical point of contact and trusted advisor for clients during project engagements.
- Architect, design, develop, and implement robust and scalable Blue Prism automations.
- Translate business requirements into accurate and detailed technical designs.
- Provide 3rd line technical support for complex issues related to deployed customer automations.
- Lead and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Ensure a positive client experience through high-quality deliverables and effective communication.
- Identify, design, and develop automation solutions for internal Professional Services processes.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years overall software development experience.
- Proven experience leading software delivery projects or significant contributions to large implementations.
- Blue Prism Certified Developer accreditation.
- Excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English are mandatory.
- Understanding and hands-on Blue Prism development experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in .NET or Python.
- Understanding of relational databases and SQL (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle).
- Understanding of Web Services (REST/SOAP) and API integration.
- Good client-facing skills with the ability to act as a trusted technical advisor.
- Must be proficient in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
