About the role
- Develops and maintains exceptional client relationships.
- Provides and oversees support and service activities for a designated client or group of clients.
- Ensures quality service and operational performance.
- Acts as a primary point of client contact to coordinate resolution of service incidents.
- Collaborates with sales and support groups to demonstrate value of support offering to client.
Requirements
- Minimally requires a Master's degree and 4 years of related experience
- or Bachelor's degree and 6 years of related experience
- or high school degree and 8 years of related experience.
