About the role

  • Partner with sales teams to understand customer needs and deliver tailored product demonstrations, technical presentations, and solution recommendations.
  • Gather customer technical requirements and align the SS&C Skyline solution.
  • Identify and articulate business challenges and how Skyline can address them.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, product, engineering and implementation teams.
  • Stay current on Skyline products, services, and industry trends to ensure relevant and impactful client engagements.
  • Serve as a point of contact for resolving technical concerns or integration questions during the sales cycle.
  • Assist with onboarding new customers by providing technical guidance.

Requirements

  • Product & Industry Knowledge: Brings a solid background in property management operations, with a strong emphasis on accounting processes and workflows.
  • Demo & Presentation Expertise: Skilled in delivering tailored, high-impact product demonstrations that align with customer goals and pain points.
  • Sales Process Alignment: Understands the sales cycles and collaborates closely with sales executives to drive deal completion.
  • Problem-Solving & Objection Handling: Proficient at overcoming technical objections and identifying creative solutions to win customer confidence.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Works well with product, engineering, implementation, and support teams to ensure seamless pre- and post-sales transitions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Proven experience in a pre-sales, solutions consulting, or technical sales role.
  • A Bachelor's Degree
