Business Development Manager – Americas

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Spearhead ®em-trak’s strategic expansion across the U.S. and broader Americas.
- Optimize distributor performance and develop collaborative growth plans.
- Map and qualify dealer networks, identify high-potential partners, and lead enablement initiatives.
- Prioritize high-value verticals and develop tailored strategies.
- Represent ®em-trak at regional industry events and support targeted marketing initiatives.
- Align regional efforts with global sales and product teams.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Exceptional business development or regional sales within marine electronics or related technical sectors (aerospace, communications, etc.).
- Proven success in distributor-led markets and dealer network development.
- Experience collaborating with manufacturers’ reps.
- Strong commercial acumen with technical literacy to engage with OEMs, installers, and integrators.
- Marine electronics experience is highly advantageous.
